NDT Level-3 Inspector

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proficient and certified NDT Level-3 Inspector to lead our non-destructive testing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NDT techniques and methodologies, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in demanding industrial environments. The NDT Level-3 Inspector will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction through rigorous inspection practices and adherence to industry standards. 


  • Provide expert oversight and leadership in non-destructive testing methodologies, including but not limited to ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT), radiographic testing (RT), and visual testing (VT).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain NDT procedures, techniques, and protocols in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct NDT inspections and evaluations of materials, components, and structures to detect and assess defects, flaws, and irregularities accurately.
  • Interpret NDT inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to clients, project teams, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise NDT technicians and Level-2 inspectors, ensuring competency and compliance with NDT procedures and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to understand inspection requirements, define objectives, and deliver tailored NDT solutions to meet project needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging NDT technologies, equipment, and industry trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection capabilities and efficiency.


  • Minimum of one year of experience in non-destructive testing, with a focus on ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT), radiographic testing (RT), and visual testing (VT).
  • Current certification as an NDT Level-3 Inspector in accordance with ASNT, PCN, or equivalent standards.
  • Profound knowledge of NDT techniques, methodologies, codes, and standards, including ASME, API, ASTM, and AWS.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex inspection data and make informed technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training, mentoring, and managing NDT personnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
